Founder · Executive Director
After spending over a decade serving in cross-cultural ministry across three continents, our founder witnessed firsthand the devastating toll that unsupported ministry takes on leaders and their families. Burnout, fractured marriages, crisis of faith — these weren't just statistics. They were friends, colleagues, and mentors.

That conviction led to the founding of Pursue Purpose International — an organization built on the belief that the church's greatest asset is its people, and that those people deserve to be deeply cared for. What started as informal mentoring conversations has grown into a global network serving hundreds of leaders annually.
With a background in pastoral ministry, organizational leadership, and professional coaching, our team brings both lived experience and credentialed expertise to every interaction. We don't just offer programs — we walk the road with you.
